We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right with your order, we're happy to help with a return or exchange.

How to Request a Return

Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and the reason for the return — we'll guide you through the next steps from there. See our Contact page for our WhatsApp numbers.

Eligibility

• Contact us within a reasonable time of receiving your order
• The product should be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• Please have your order details ready when you reach out

Refunds

Once a return is approved and the product is received back, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Since orders are currently confirmed and paid for directly over WhatsApp, refund timelines will be shared with you individually based on how payment was made.

Exchanges

If you'd prefer a different size, color, or product instead of a refund, let us know when you reach out and we'll check availability for you.
