Orders

Adding a product to your Order Bag and submitting it creates an order request, not a confirmed sale. We will contact you on WhatsApp to confirm product availability, final pricing, and payment before your order is processed and dispatched.

Pricing

All prices listed on the site are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed with you at the time of order confirmation is the price payable.

Shipping

We offer free shipping across Kerala, with delivery also available to other parts of India. Estimated delivery timelines will be shared when your order is confirmed.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there's an issue with your order, contact us on WhatsApp within a reasonable time of delivery and we'll work with you on a return or exchange.

Product Accuracy

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products. Since our sarees and set mundus are handcrafted textiles, minor variations in color, texture, or pattern between the website image and the delivered product may occur.

Account & Reviews

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when logging in or submitting a product review. Reviews are moderated and may be declined at our discretion if they are inaccurate, abusive, or unrelated to the product.
